YOUR MISSION AS CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping others that can service and love on our clients and their families through proactive and responsive client servicing. We need a team member who can work unsupervised and independently, while being part of a team focused on creating an authentic, caring experience. You will help us expand our services so that we have more clients living their best lives through proper financial planning. There is plenty of career and personal growth potential including becoming a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or advisor, if desired.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years’ experience (working alongside a financial advisor in a fast-paced office environment.
Previous experience in processing important, detailed paperwork
Understanding of retirement accounts, ACAT’s, account opening, and basic investments are required.
Expert computer skills including the ability to proficiently operate an Apple computer and Excel
Proficient in using CRM Software (Salesforce experience a plus)
Associates Degree or Equivalent
Series 65, Life & Health license, or obtained within 6 months.
A clean background check with no criminal record or finance-related disclosures is necessary for this position
Must possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
A warm, friendly, and professional appearance and demeanor is required.

SOME OF YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the advisor, operations, and other team members to always deliver a Ritz Carlton level of service to our clients and their families
Provide clients servicing of their accounts including withdrawals, beneficiary changes, investment changes, account login assistance)
Managing meeting dictation, follow up tasks, and workflow for the operations department.
Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships with a best-in-class experience
Proactively reach out to clients with updates and keeping them on track with their financial plan
Opening and funding investment and insurance accounts, as needed
Working in a strict regulatory environment with a high level of security and trust as you will we working directly in clients financial accounts.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package of $55,000 - $85,000 (based on licenses, experience and skills), including a base salary and quarterly & yearly bonuses. Benefits include:
