Your Mission as Office Manager:

Simply stated, you will help shape the destiny of our practice. You will strive to accomplish the financial goals for the office while fostering a cooperative team that is focused on the happiness and oral health of their patients. The way you will reach those goals is by monitoring specific KPI’s and using our Ridgetop Policies.
This position is about in-office leadership which bridges the gap between our Admin and Clinical teams. You will guide the staff to success by implementing and maintaining the successful practices Ridgetop Dental has cultivated over the last 20 years. You will need to be empathetic to the various needs of each team member while still upholding the needs of the practice and helping each team member to succeed in their individual roles.
You will report to the Operations Manager and communicate any challenges you come across and keeping them apprised of your progress on a weekly and monthly basis.

Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence: Lead by example and provide clear, inspirational guidance that aligns with our company's vision and values.
Team Development: Nourish the potential within each team member through effective coaching, training, and mentorship. You will be an essential part of their journey to success by fostering their growth.
Efficient Operations: Implement strategies to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and optimize overall efficiency. Your sharp business acumen will drive excellence across the board.
Cultural Ambassador: Promote a harmonious work culture that embraces diversity, fosters collaboration, and celebrates achievements.

Required experience and qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager (or similar field)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Applications
Familiarity with Dental Procedures, terms and insurances

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $50K - $60K. Additionally, we offer
