Offered salary and other compensation:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $85,000 to $95,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses which could add up to $10,000 - $20,000, as well as:

Your mission & responsibilities as Chief Talent Officer - Establishment Manager:

The goal of this position is: To establish a stable organization capable of continuous expansion while maintaining high standards of productivity and company culture.

As our Executive Talent Officer, you will help establish the organization. You will be directly involved in building a well-structured, efficient organization capable of rapid growth. This role is crucial for recruiting, training, and retaining ethical staff who produce high-quality work. Responsibilities include:
  • Setting up productive departments,
  • Monitoring and evaluating staff performance,
  • Addressing HR issues,
  • Ensuring accurate reporting,
  • Making sure the company is sufficiently manned up to cover all company functions.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members.
  • Ensure all employees are properly trained and hatted for their roles.
  • Establish and manage the three departments within Division One: Personnel, Communications and Inspections and Reports.
  • Ensure high levels of production and efficiency within these departments.
  • Implement systems to evaluate staff performance using training progress boards, statistics, reports, and quarterly evaluations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to improve staff quality.
  • Detect and handle any individuals or issues that could negatively impact the company.
  • Address problems within or outside the group to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all company statistics accurately measure corresponding products and are correctly displayed on graphs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure there are no missing functions along the company’s org board.
  • Ensure that all company activities comply with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and ensure staff adherence to company policies.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • IMPORTANT: You must be familiar and have proven experience with the Hubbard® Management System, specifically the establishment technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in managing teams and overseeing organizational functions, including successful experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff to meet high standards of performance and ethics.
