Retirement Plan Advisor’s schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Your Mission as Retirement Plan Advisor:
Be the connection between our institutional clients and our firm.
Support the vision, values, positive culture, and team spirit.
Develop long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct client meetings and be able to lead our clients through our Fiduciary process.
Oversee the coordination of the Retirement Plan engagement process and work closely with all personnel involved for support and implementation.
Some of our Retirement Plan Advisor’s duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and present at education and trustee meetings
Develop and assemble 401(K) education meeting presentations using PowerPoint
Prepare paperwork for retirement plan reviews and plan conversions
Collaborate with the team to maintain investments within a fund-tracking system
Prepare and deliver quarterly monitoring reports to retirement plan sponsor clients
Answer retirement plan participant phone and email inquiries
Coordinate with plan record-keepers, third-party administrators, and other vendors
Make investment suggestions to retirement plan participants based on their individual goals and objectives
Provide employee enrollment and education meetings
Provide Marketing RPS through various channels (print, digital, etc.)
Manage content delivery through Provise’s marketing/communications process through website, social media, podcast, etc.
Manage retirement software applications
Follow and subscribe to industry-specific research and keep up on trends
Required experience and qualifications:
Professional Retirement Plan Designation such as Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) or Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) is preferred.
Series 65 or 66 required
CFP® designation or willingness to obtain is strongly preferred
A basic understanding of corporate retirement plans
An understanding of investments and financial planning
Previous experience providing retirement plan consulting in either a brokerage firm, investment advisory practice, or other financial institution
Strong educational background or equivalent professional experience conducive to providing advice and educating/servicing retirement plan participants
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
Familiarity with Investment Policy Statements, Investment Review Checklists, and basic aspects of ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) a plus

Offered salary and other compensation: Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 plus additional bonuses (10% to 15% of the yearly salary). We also offer:
