Schedule: both full time and part time positions available – No weekend or holidays.
Occupational Therapist’s duties and responsibilities:
Support the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: "Helping Families Build Skills for Life."
Provide skilled evaluation & treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, ages 0-21 years
Maintain and manage a full-time caseload with a target of 72.5% productivity
Educate families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
Participate in continuing education in order to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
Establish & maintain positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
Manage administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines and productivity tracking.
Required experience and qualifications:
Current Kentucky licensure in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
Ability to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere
Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth
Solid work history and consistent attendance
Ability to effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation
Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
CPR and First Aid Certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $60K - $75K (full-time position) or $40.00 - $50.00 per hour (part-time position). Additionally, for our full time staff we offer:
Top earning income potential including monthly bonus plan
