Your Mission as Sales Representative:

We are seeking an aggressive, highly motivated, and experienced sales representative, who appreciates unlimited earning potential. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our production and customer service teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Sales Representative’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage relationships with marketing and procurement managers in corporations and other organizations (existing and prospective) throughout the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales and senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and development
  • Manage requests from customers and communicate customer requests to planning and production personnel
  • Manage issues related to customer collection and issues which may result from errors or irregularities due to production or timing
  • Active throughout the sales process from production planning through delivery and collection
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Print industry sales experience preferred including familiarity with sheet fed offset, sheet fed digital, web fed digital, variable print data, web site development and print on demand.
  • Familiar with internet marketing and web portal applications as well as Direct Mail applications.
  • 2+ years of general sales experience. 
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Driver's license and good driving record.

  • Natural desire to sell and to close clients. You are a hunter.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgement.
  • High level of organization skills and time management.
  • Resilient, optimistic, and enthusiastic.
Offered salary and other compensation:

We offer a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000, with no-cap commission plan offered once sales exceed salary threshold. Additionally, we offer:

NOTE: You will receive intensive training. You will also receive a company-owned laptop computer, and will be reimbursed for necessary business mileage, travel, and entertainment expenses.  ANRO provides a complete library of corporate sales collateral material, conducts regular marketing campaigns and provides lead generation tools.
