Offered salary and other benefits:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 plus commissions. Additionally, we offer the following benefits:

Required experience and qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
  • Successful experience in funnels, analytics, statistics utilization, ads, SEO and general marketing campaigns
Important: You must have successful experience in the following applications:
  • Driving traffic and sales to a direct-to-consumer site using sources like google ads, email marketing, social media ads, etc.
  • Creating Google ads
  • Setting up an email flow using Klaviyo (or any other email marketing tool) that gets triggered when a customer abandons their cart without purchasing

NOTE: This is a remote, full-time position.

Your Mission as our Director of Marketing & Ecommerce:

On this key executive position, you will be responsible for Gross Income for the organization. You will manage the entire sales & marketing area. This position is vital, as we need a point of contact who advises on the best marketing and sales courses of action and can get others to implement ideas and campaigns.

Some of our Director of Marketing & Ecommerce’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Work with all marketing personnel and contractors to achieve our marketing and sales goals.
  • Organize and manage all new marketing campaigns, all new product launches or removals.
  • Ensure the appropriate ROI is being achieved by each campaign being run and producing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Apply Quality control on campaigns being run.
  • Budget for different projects and invest into those which have the greatest returns.
  • Use feedback and utilize surveys to properly market to our public.
  • Oversee and optimize our social media marketing campaigns.
  • Use statistical analysis to implement the more profitable strategies.
  • Manage and advise on SEO and work with our website team.
  • Oversee all email campaigns.
  • Optimize engagement with our Public Outreach division to create more brand recognition.
  • Evaluate Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and advise on the best course of action.
  • Advise our sales team on how to improve sales and better systems for sales expansion. 
  • Work with our 3rd party agencies and make decision based on performance metrics.
