Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. Additionally, we offer:
  • PTO,
  • Sick,
  • 401K after 1 year,
  • ½ of health insurance premium after 3 months,
  • Employee-only CE$500.

Your Mission as Veterinary Technician:
  • As a veterinary technician, you will be the doctor's "right arm" an extension of the doctor in all communications, treatments, patient and client care.
  • You should be able to draw blood samples, set catheters - IV and urinary, take radiographs, monitor anesthesia, prep for surgery, perform dental prophies, TPR, get patient history, give vaccines and have knowledge of the most common diseases and preventive care products.
  • You should be able to communicate your knowledge to the client. If necessary, answer phones and do the basic front office. You should also be able & willing to help promote the practice
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Graduate from a tech school
  • Ideally 2-3 years of successful experienc
