Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $46,000 – $49,000. Additionally, we offer:
- Potential for additional $1,800 – $4,000 performance based

Your Mission as Financial Planner Assistant:
- You will support financial advisors by managing client services, coordinating financial plan implementation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping the firm scale efficiently.
Financial Planner Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:
- Manage client services, scheduling, and account support
- Assist in implementing financial plans
- Open and service investment and insurance accounts
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Support advisors with daily operational tasks
- Keep processes organized in a fast-paced environment
Required experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of administrative or office experience (financial services or insurance preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required (college preferred)
- Clean background (required for financial industry)
- Valid driver’s license
