Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $46,000 – $49,000. Additionally, we offer:

  • Potential for additional $1,800 – $4,000 performance based

Your Mission as Financial Planner Assistant:
  • You will support financial advisors by managing client services, coordinating financial plan implementation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping the firm scale efficiently.
Financial Planner Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage client services, scheduling, and account support
  • Assist in implementing financial plans
  • Open and service investment and insurance accounts
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Support advisors with daily operational tasks
  • Keep processes organized in a fast-paced environment
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Minimum 1+ year of administrative or office experience (financial services or insurance preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required (college preferred)
  • Clean background (required for financial industry)
  • Valid driver’s license
