This is a full-time position with outstanding potential for growth. Training will be provided by our owner and medical director. You will eventually lead our three clinics in Lancaster, Reading, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
Offered salary and other compensation:
Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $210,000 to $280,000 + production bonuses. We also offer:
Paid training. If you have no experience in venous insufficiency, we will pay to train you with our Physicians Vein Clinics model – 3-month customized paid training. We also provide travel and living costs for you to be in one or more of our Physicians Vein Clinics locations to train with Dr. Lornell Hansen II, MD, DABVLM, RPhS, FAVLS – our Owner and Medical Director.

Your mission & responsibilities as physician:
After initial onboarding and training, you will lead our clinic in Roseville, MN. Joining a team culture focused on patient-first care. You will be responsible for growing the current and future patient base.
Some of our physician’s duties and responsibilities are:
Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including conservative therapy, sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, Varithena, VenaSeal, and EVLA
Perform physical exams, looking for signs of venous insufficiency and/or other health conditions
Review, administer, and prescribe patient medications
Refer patients who have been determined to need care outside our scope of practice
Collaborate with the physician and/or medical team to develop patient treatment plans
Provide therapeutic treatments including ultrasounds, cosmetic and medical sclerotherapy
Collaborate with RVT, nursing, and administrative staff to create a highly efficient, organized, and patient-oriented medical team
Record clear and accurate medical documentation in the patient’s medical chart
Monitor patient progress, and provide patient follow-up as needed
Be willing to invest time into continuing education courses and professional development organizations
Participate in team-building events
Follow Physicians Vein Clinics guidelines and protocols
Follow all applicable medical care regulations and safety protocols
Maintain licensing, certifications, and insurance in accordance with the law
Required experience and qualifications:
Physician license, certifications, and insurance in accordance with the law in Pennsylvania. It can be: DO, MD,emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, general surgery as well as cardiology and vascular surgery.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
or American Red Cross.
