Your mission as a Client Acquisition Assistant:
We are looking for someone who will support our firm's client acquisition efforts by keeping prospective clients engaged and moving forward throughout the financial planning sales process. This position works closely with our Financial Advisors and Marketing team to create a professional and seamless experience from initial contact through onboarding.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by helping prospective clients take the next step toward achieving their financial goals. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, CRM management, agreement and payment collection, client onboarding support, and assisting with live events.

Client Acquisition Assistant duties & responsibilities:
- Follow up with new and dormant leads
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Ensure completion of pre-meeting requirements
- Obtain signed agreements and payments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Support onboarding and transition of new clients
- Travel to and assist with live event activities and lead follow up
- Interact with event attendees and collect lead information
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer service, appointment setting, sales support, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication and professional phone skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean background check required
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work full-time in our Largo office
