Salary and other benefits:
Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting salary of $100,000 per year. Additionally, we offer:
Pacific Outdoor Living is a family-owned and operated landscape design-build company, founded in 1999. We started as a paving stone company and grew into one of the largest landscape companies in Southern California, with 135 employees. We design and build complete outdoor living spaces, front yards and backyards: swimming pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits, water features, hardscape and landscape.

Your schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, and some Saturdays. Schedule flexibility is required.

Your mission & responsibilities as Project Manager / Job Coordinator:
You manage our supervisors and crews in the most efficient way, so that every project reaches and outperforms its set targets, from the first job site assessment to the final walkthrough.
- Perform the initial job site assessment and review each scope of work and contract.
- Read and understand blueprints, and ensure the feasibility of each scope of work.
- Act as the main point of contact with our customers throughout the project.
- Oversee the supervisors of each trade and manage the labor force on your jobs.
- Prepare and organize materials ahead of time; manage materials on site.
- Manage construction and coordinate subcontractors.
- Keep every project on schedule, on budget and to our quality standards.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in swimming pools, water features, hardscape and landscape.
- Solid knowledge of outdoor living construction: pools, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits, hardscape and landscape.
- Proven experience managing people, with a good track record.
- Blueprint reading.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A good driving record.
- Sharp communication skills; friendly and outgoing.
- Strong problem solver.
- Responsible, a true team player.
- Willing to learn and be trained; looking for a career, not just a job.
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced company.
