Nurse Practitioner
(Part-time position)

• This is a part-time position: Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:00am to 12:00 pm shift; 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm shift.

Offered salary and other compensation:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a salary of $70.00 to $78.00 per hour.

About our practice:

• We are a medically integrated multidisciplinary team with nurse practitioners, RN, Drs of Chiropractic & Massage Therapists. Our Team specializes in Responsible pain management without the use of Drugs or surgery.
• Our Clinic was originally established in 1974 as a Natural Health Care (Chiropractic Practice). We have expanded our Practice to better serve the growing Number of patients who are seeking non-surgical, drug free, innovative medical solutions for neck, back & Joint pain and dysfunction.

Your schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

Your mission & responsibilities as Nurse Practitioner:

• You will collaborate with other team members to develop personalized treatment plans for optimal patient results.
• You will play a vital role in E&M of the patients DX as well as treatment and Protocols to be used. You will administer these procedures which may include Joint&Or Trigger point injections, Vitamin or hydration IV,'s PRP, A2m. 
• You will also administer Aesthetic micro-needling via skin pen using all natural products.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Current Oregon FNP License
• DEA License
• BLS and advanced RQI
• NPI and able to see Medicare Patients
• Preferable ER /ICU experience as RN
• At least two years of Hospital experience.

• NOTE: Highly Beneficial if you are credentialed with Major Oregon Insurance Companies, such as Blue Cross, Cigna, Providence, Pacific Source, Moda, etc.
