Your mission & main responsibilities as Sales Manager:
As our accomplished Sales Manager, you will lead new patient acquisition and conversion initiatives. This high-impact role focuses on two critical stages of our patient journey: converting inbound leads intoinitial consultations and converting evaluated patients into completed treatment plans. You will mentor and develop our call center and in-clinic patient experience teams to maximize conversions and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position offers an opportunity to drive transformative results and make a direct impact on patient care and company success.
Some of your responsibilities:
Lead and coach a growing team of call center representatives to efficiently convert inbound inquiries into consultations.
Develop scripts, training programs, and incentive plans to drive high appointment-booking rates.
Oversee in-clinic patient coordinators who provide benefit estimates and help patients move forward with treatment.
Analyze conversion data to identify bottlenecks, cost-related objections, and communication gaps.
Implement strategies to address patient hesitations around finances, pain, or time commitment.
Develop structured follow-up protocols for both unscheduled leads and consultation patients who delay treatment.
Establish and track KPIs for conversion rates; report insights and plans to the CEO.
Conduct regular training, call reviews, and role-play sessions to strengthen communication and persuasion skills.
Partner with clinical, insurance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned messaging.
Ensure empathetic, professional, and educational communication throughout the patient journey.
Required experience and qualifications:
10+ years in sales and team leadership, preferably in call center or inside sales environments.
Skilled in coaching, performance management, and motivating teams to achieve measurable results.
Data-driven with experience tracking KPIs and CRM performance metrics.
Salesforce proficiency is a MUST
Persuasive, empathetic communicator; skilled at navigating financial and emotional conversations.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping patients access care.
Adaptable in fast-paced settings; healthcare or elective medical experience a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Healthcare experience is not required. We believe that strong sales fundamentals are transferable across industries, and success in diverse sectors can enhance your skillset. However, any background in healthcare services, elective medical procedures, or insurance knowledge is a plus. The key requirement is a rapid ability to understand our offerings and effectively articulate a service-based value proposition.
